The Department of Computer Applications was established at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in the year 2023. The department groom and develop skilled professionals who can readily venture as software professionals in different capacities. The department offer BCA in 3 Years/ BCA (Honours) in 4 Years, MCA (Master of Computer Application), as well as Ph.D degree in Computer Applications.
This department have competent and experienced team of faculty members with expertise in various emerging fields like data science, soft computing, algorithms, web technology, machine learning and cyber security etc. Curriculum of the different programmses in the department provide good working knowledge to the students through rigorous hands on exposure and extensive practical training along with high-quality teaching.
