Prof Pammi Gauba’s research work addresses critical national and global challenges of pollution through innovative, sustainable approaches. Her research spans multiple dimensions of environmental science with a focus on sustainable solutions for pollution mitigation. Prof. Gauba has received funding from various Govt. agencies from Ministry of Ayush, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change, ICMR, DST etc. She has successfully completed Seven Govt funded grants and presently working on another five research projects funded by various Govt agencies. Her research group explores the use of specialized microorganisms for the degradation and detoxification of contaminants, particularly heavy metals. Her contributions bridge laboratory research and field-scale applications, significantly advancing both the science and practice of pollution control. Dr. Gauba’s work has been widely recognized through high-impact publications, invited talks at national and international platforms, research grants, published patents and prestigious awards.  Her pioneering efforts continue to shape contemporary strategies in environmental sustainability.5 patents published 13 projects( completed and ongoing)110 + publications

Prof. Alka Tripathi is a distinguished academician and researcher, currently appointed as the Dean Academics UG at the Wish Town Campus, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT). Prior to this, she served as Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematics at the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida. She joined JIIT in 2001. She earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University in 1995, following her M.Sc. from the same institution. With over 30 years of teaching and research experience, Prof. Tripathi has made significant contributions to both academia and research. Her leadership at JIIT has strengthened the department’s research profile and inspired many young researchers to pursue advanced studies in mathematics and computational intelligence. In addition to her academic roles, Prof. Tripathi is involved in preparing the university's timetable, implementing Outcome-Based Education, and mentoring process. Her primary research interests span Categorical Fuzzy Topology, Fuzzy Automata, Rough Sets, Rough Topology, Rough Automata Theory, Special Functions, Probability Theory, and Random Processes. She has an impressive publication record, including numerous research papers in reputed international journals. Her work often integrates fuzzy set theory into practical computational applications, such as compiler design, approximate string matching, and grammar generation. Prof. Tripathi has guided eight Ph.D. thesis (two as administrative supervisor), and is currently supervising two more, alongside mentoring several postgraduate dissertations.

Dr. Sandeep Kumar Singh is a dynamic academic leader with over 22 years of progressive experience in higher education, research, academic governance, and institutional strategy. He currently serves as Professor and Dean (Academics – UG) at JIIT (Main Campus), where he has spearheaded several transformative initiatives that have strengthened academic quality and institutional excellence.

He has played a pivotal role in driving NAAC and NBA accreditations, NEP 2020–aligned curriculum reforms, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation, and digital transformation projects. He led the launch of the BCA 2+2 Dual Degree Program under the CSU–JIIT collaboration. His leadership in SEO optimization, website modernization, and ICICI payment gateway integration has significantly enhanced the university’s digital ecosystem and operational efficiency. A prolific researcher, Dr. Singh has authored 79 research publications (including 12 SCIE and 9 ESCI indexed papers), 7 international book chapters, and filed a patent on developer load-sensitive bug triaging. His research has received 539 citations (Google Scholar) and 648 citations (Scopus). He has supervised 8 Ph.D. theses and 22 M.Tech dissertations, and serves as a reviewer for Pearson Education and McGraw Hill. With a leadership philosophy grounded in faculty empowerment, quality assurance, research excellence, and global benchmarking, Dr. Sandeep Kumar Singh brings visionary thinking and operational rigor to advance the mission of higher education institutions.

Prof. Monika Suri is a distinguished academic leader and seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience across education, research, and industry. She currently serves as the Dean and Head, Department of  Humanities and Social Sciences  at JIIT Noida and enduring the roles as NEP Coordinator ,UHV Convener & Nodal officer for Equal Opportunity Cell of JIIT Noida . Earlier, she held senior leadership roles including  Associate Dean (Academics) at AURO University for nearly 11 years, where she pioneered academic programs, institutional development, and mentorship initiatives. She also served as Program Coordinator for Behavioral Science at Amity University Noida for over a decade, with additional roles at Amity University Dubai, Punjab Technical University, and industry experience with Maruti Udyog Limited. Academically, Prof. Suri holds a Ph.D. in Management, MBA in Marketing, along with PGDM, PGDBM & UGC-NET in Management. She is an AIMA Certified BIZLAB Trainer and a Globally Certified Trainer for Marketing 3.0. She has 18 registered Intellectual Property Rights (Patents & Copyrights) and has authored books, national and international publications, including Making of Ideal Global Professional. Honored as an Ambassador for Peace by the Universal Peace Federation, she has also been recognized with prestigious Women Leadership Awards by Vishav Hindu Mahila Parishad for her services as an academic leader and institution builder, and featured among the 101 Women Leader Achievers Indo-Nepal by UN-BKF. She has further contributed as an Honorary Member of the Global Citizens Committee (SAPIO Analytics) and Advisory Member of Sports Academy Association of India (SPAA). 

Dr. Arti Noor is currently holding the position of Dean & HoD, ECE Department, Wish Town Campus, Noida. Dr Arti Noor received her Ph. D degree in 1990 from IIT, BHU, Varanasi.She has 34 years of work experience in Research and Academic. She started her career as Scientist-B in IC Design Group, CEERI, Pilani in 1990, and continued till 2005 as Scientist E. In May 2005 she Joined CDAC Noida and superannuated as Sc. G in June 2024. She joined Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in July 2024 as Dean Academic Affairs at Wish Town, Sector-128, Noida.

She is a senior technologist specializing in VLSI design, embedded systems, and cybersecurity. With a career spanning CEERI, Pilani and CDAC, Noida, she has worked on a broad range of 18 Research & Development Projects and 25 commercial projects including CMOS technology characterization, Hindi speech synthesis processors, and cyber security capacity building. Her research contributions include sensor design, microprocessor architecture, and FPGA-based system development, as well as studies in social media threats and legal frameworks in cybersecurity. she has collaborated with various government agencies to promote innovation, skill development, and indigenous electronics design in India. I her credit she has One patent on highly stable “12-T CMOS SRAM Cell” by Indian Patent Office on 11th October 2021, Technology transfer of FPGA board to Anshuman Tech Pvt. Limited Pune 2020, 86 publications in Journals and Conferences, 5 Book Series Editor of proceedings published by Springer. In her credit she has 1 patent, FPGA board transfer of technology to industry, 1 book monogram, Skoch Order of Merit Award for 2 Projects, Telecom Manthon Award 2019 by TSSC for “Outstanding Contribution” towards for enhancing the skill ecosystem, ASSOCHEM Cyber Influencer Award 2021, Educator of the Year Award 2024, by Expressions Limitless in a LeadHerShip Award Series. She has guided 5 Ph.D students, evaluated more than 15 Ph.D. theses, guided 250+ student’s projects of B. Tech / M. Tech / ME, and examined 150 M. Tech theses.

Brigadier Sanjay Dawar, joined the Indian Army in the year 1984, and after 35 years of army service, took over as Head of Training & Placement, of four Jaypee Universities, and Dean of Students' Welfare of JIIT, on 01st of January 2020. He is alumnus of National Institute of Technology, in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra. During service with the Indian Army, he acquired specialization in Electronics Engineering, Masters of Technology from University of Pune, and MBA from Osmania University Hyderabad. He served as Military Secretary at Ministry of Defence, wherein he was involved in career planning, and progression of the officers of the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers. He has served in Plains of Punjab, Deserts of Rajasthan, Mountains of J&K, Glaciers in Ladakh and in the jungles of the North-Eastern seven sister-states. He is a trained soldier on long range guns, missiles and nuclear warheads. For extending the range of one of the bombs, he was awarded Tipu Sultan Award, by Ministry of Defence. He is heading the Training and Placement Department of four Jaypee Universities, for the sixth year now. The placements of all four Jaypee Universities, have been above 90%, during the last six graduated batches. Under his able guidance, approximately 10,000 students have been suitably placed so far. His personalized one-on-one counselling sessions, have helped students, to overcome interview fear, work on their personality, and related soft-skills.

Dr. Rajnish Kumar Misra is Dean and Professor of Human Resource Management at Jaypee Business School (JBS), JIIT University, Noida. He brings over 25 years of rich academic experience, combining teaching, research, academic leadership, and executive education. Before joining JBS, he served at several of India’s most respected institutions, including the IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, KIIT University Bhubaneswar, and Symbiosis University Pune. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK).

Dr. Misra’s research interests cover emerging areas in management, particularly employee work passion, managerial competencies, organizational career effectiveness, and the adoption of Enterprise 2.0 technologies. His scholarly contributions include numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, adding to both academic discourse and management practice. He was awarded the Career Award for Young Teachers by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India, for his project on career development practices in the corporate sector.

Dr. Deepti Mehrotra is a highly accomplished academician and researcher with more than two decades of experience in higher education, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as Dean – Accreditation, Ranking & Quality Assurance at the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida. Prior to this, she held prominent leadership positions at Amity University, including Deputy Director (Academics) and Director of the Amity School of Computer Sciences. She earned her Ph.D. from Lucknow University and holds postgraduate degrees in Physics with Electronics and Computer Applications. Her research expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, machine learning, health informatics, data analytics, and soft computing, areas in which she has made significant scholarly contributions. Dr. Mehrotra has published over 40 SCI-indexed journal papers and more than 220 Scopus-indexed publications in journals, conferences, and edited volumes. Her research impact is reflected in an h-index of 26 on Google Scholar and 19 on Scopus. An experienced academic mentor, she has successfully guided several Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students. She is recognized among the world’s top 2% scientists by the AD Scientific Index and serves on editorial boards, review panels, and academic committees such as Boards of Studies, outcome committees, and research advisory committees at various universities. A regular keynote speaker and resource person at national and international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs, Dr. Mehrotra is widely respected for her expertise in academic quality enhancement.
