To bring its vision to life, Radiance conceptualizes, choreographs, and curates a diverse portfolio of high-impact fashion showcases, competitive pageants, brand shoots, and cross-collaborations designed to leave a mark. The cornerstones of its annual calendar are the flagship pageants, Mr. and Miss Ebullience and Mr. and Miss Synergy, which are major campus highlights. Another key production is the annual Vanity Walk, a showstopping runway performance that showcases the society's creative peak. Beyond these major events, Radiance engages the student body through modelling contests and makeup stalls, while also representing JIIT in numerous inter-college collaborations and competitions.

The society is driven by a structured and dedicated student body. The leadership includes key positions such as a President, Soumya Pandey, a Vice President, Yash Negi. They are supported by a team of Senior Advisors, including Shradha Mittal, Devangi Aneja, and Avlokita Singh, who provide valuable guidance.
