Biography

Dr. Dipti Yadav is currently working as Assistant Professor in Physics and Materials Science and Engineering Department, JIIT, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. She did B.Sc. (Honors) in Physics from Gargi College, University of Delhi in 2015, M.Sc. (Applied Physics) from Amity University, Noida in 2017 and Ph.D. (Physics) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi in 2024. Her Ph.D. thesis emphasizes on the development of Mg2+ based solid state Polymer-In-Salt-Electrolytes (PISEs) for the high-power density supercapacitor/ultracapacitor applications. She has been the recipient of Sayajirao Gaekwad fellowship in 2023 from BHU and Teach for BHU fellowship in 2024, under the Institute of Eminence (IoE), BHU.

Research Highlights

Dr. Dipti Yadav has published patents, research papers in reputed international journals and book chapter in internationally recognized scientific volumes. Her prime research focus is to develop solid state energy storage devices like supercapacitors and batteries which are sustainable, ecofriendly and economical. Her research activities include the development of the solid-state electrolytes (patented) and activated carbon/transition metal oxide/graphene-based electrodes, for the fabrication of high power and high energy density energy storage devices for the circumvention of the energy crisis.
