Dr. Madhu Jain

Biography

Madhu Jain received her Ph.D degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), India in the year 2015 and M.Tech in Signal Processing from NSUT (formerly NSIT, Delhi University), New Delhi, India in 2009. She obtained P.G Diploma in Embedded System Design from University of Pune in 2004. She also obtained her B.E degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Rajasthan in 2003. She is a distinction holder in her entire academic career. She joined the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida in January 2012. Prior to this, she was a faculty in Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for 9 years.

Research Highlights

She has contributed extensively to research, authoring over 30 international journal papers and conference publications in reputed journals such as IET Signal Processing, Wiley, Springer, Elsevier and IEEE. She has been associated in research and development in the field of Embedded System Design, Signal Processing, Image Processing, Speech Processing and Biomedical Signal Processing etc. She holds granted and published patents in the field of Embedded System Design. She has also delivered guest lecturers in some of the reputed institutes and universities. She is a member of ‘The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE)’, and a Life member of ‘Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE)’. She has successfully supervised 2 PhD scholars. An active contributor to the academic community, She has organized and participated in numerous conferences, FDPs, and workshops, and serves as a reviewer for several international journals. His career reflects a deep commitment to innovation, interdisciplinary research, and the application of emerging technologies for societal benefit.
