Biography

Dr. Priyanka Kwatra completed her PhD from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India in 2023. She completed her Master of Technology in Telecommunications, Technology and Management from IIT Delhi and Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mody Institute of Technology and Science, Rajasthan, India in 2012 and 2009, respectively. Currently, she is serving as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Grade) in the Department of Electronics and communication engineering at JIIT, Noida, U.P., India.

She aims to pursue a challenging innovative career in academic field and to establish as a dynamic innovative academic professional that motivates and creates students who will deliver solution to future engineering challenges and innovative technology of tomorrow. She has currently thirteen years of Teaching/Academics Experience. She has guided several students in various Prize-winning Engineering Projects. She has been reviewer and part of Editorial boards of various reputed International Journals. She is the module Coordinator of IInd year, ECE Department at JIIT.

Research Highlights

Dr. Priyanka Kwatra has published 5 research papers in reputed SCIE-indexed journals and continues to explore the vast area of Semiconductor Device Engineering. In total she has published around 15 research papers across various International and National Journals, and Conference Proceedings. She has published papers in journals including Silicon journal, Microelectronics and Microelectronics Reliability.

Her research interests include ultra-low power semiconductor devices, reliability improvement in semiconductor devices, VLSI Technology. Other areas of research include applications of semiconductor devices, such as biosensors etc.
