
Dr. Harish Bishwakarma is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at JIIT Noida with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad (2023). His expertise lies in nanocomposite production through electrochemical discharge and conversion of waste materials into value-added nanomaterials. He has designed and developed hybrid machines for spark discharge-based nanocomposite fabrication, with applications in supercapacitors and energy storage. Dr. Bishwakarma has served as Team Leader (PA-III) at CSIR-CIMFR, working with Coal India and NTPC on coal analysis using advanced techniques. He has presented over 19 research papers at national and international conferences and contributed to the development of micro-EDM and wire-assisted cutting machines at IIT (ISM). Notable achievements include converting waste battery materials into nanocomposites for supercapacitor applications. His research spans nanoparticles, materials characterization, supercapacitors, hybrid and additive manufacturing. He is proficient in SolidWorks, Pro-E, AutoCAD, and skilled in advanced equipment such as FESEM, TEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, electrochemical testing systems, and 3D printing technologies. Dr. Bishwakarma’s innovative research, teaching experience, and hands-on expertise make significant contributions to materials science and manufacturing engineering.
